These are some of the Comments about us !!!After ordering online I was contacted about delivery time and was asked if I still wanted the item in the delivery time specified as supplier was out of stock. I said I would accept a back order and received my beautiful bar stools within 10 days of the confirmation. The product is made with good craftsmanship and nicer than I anticipated. I am ordering two more soon. Great store to shop.
Even with Thanksgiving two days after my order was placed, it was delivered in one week. Excellent service. Good job. Well packaged, also.
I ordered a small table and two chairs on November 13 as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. Even though I liked their display on the internet I was hesitant to order, not knowing their reputation. But I was able to talk with a very nice lady on the phone who gave me additional information on their products, which reassured me. The order arrived before Thanksgiving, and my son reports that, "Everything arrived in fine condition."
I am waiting for the shipment of my items which will come directly from the manufacturer. A Big Warehouse was prompt in processing my order and in answering questions that I had.
Hello, Unfortunately our order did not ship as originally intended but I believe the delay was due to the recently settled dock strike on the West Coast. A Big Warehouse responded promptly to my questions regarding shipments and delays. The order did arrive 1 day earlier than Fedex quoted. I would definitely order again from A Big Warehouse.
I was pleasantly surprised to have my order delivered before the Big Warehouse said to expect it. The kitchen center and fridge came the day before my granddaughter's birthday party and in her own words "I love it!". The cost and shipping was lower than any other place I was able to contact.
