The sales price listed is for stains only or unfinished. If you wish your item to be painted only an additional charge of $300.00 would apply which is listed in the drop down menu. If you wish a combination of a stained top and painted bottom the same additional charge of $300.00, as if you were just having your item painted, would apply as listed in the drop down menu. Their is not a double charge for paint and stain, only the $300.00 charge.
