NO SALES TAX on all orders shipped out of Arizona
Once you place an order, Yahoo will automatically send you a order invoice and confirmation. We will shortly there after send you our own email letting you know if the piece is in stock, how long it will take for you to receive and any information related to your order. If your piece is to be dropped shipped from one of our manufacturers, we will let you know their ship status.
After your order is shipped, UPS will automatically send you your tracking code. Please log on to www.ups.com if you need to check your pieces status.

Shipping Charges
The most you will ever pay for shipping unassembled boxed furniture is $169.99 per one item.
The most you will ever pay for shipping assembled furniture or large quantity orders is $249.00 no matter how many pieces.
UPS Ground. This is the least expensive way to ship. Delivery times vary, depending if the items are in-stock..
Oversized items will be shipped by common freight. Delivery times vary but most items take 4-8 days.
Local Phoenix and Tucson delivery is $59.00.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International Orders will be shipped UPS 2nd Air. Rates and delivery times vary. Please email us for more information.
Our commitment to you does not stop at the delivery. If there is damage, your missing a part or you need help of any kind, please contact us.
Restocking Fee
We will charge a restocking fee of 30% of your order total, minus shipping for any orders that are canceled when an item has been custom made

We warranty all unfinished furniture purchases for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of item if you are not pleased. All refunds will be charged back, less shipping.
Please inspect your piece. Replacement parts will be sent direct from the manufacturer. We do not accept any returns of pieces that you have put stains, paints or finishes of any kind on.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via the phone, mail or website. We will also accept checks, money orders or traveler checks, but the shipment will not take place until payment has been received. Please note that you can use Paypal.com as well.
Note, Arizona residents must pay sales tax. All others receive items tax free
